How do flower essences and hydrosols work?

To find out if it works, it's super simple, I invite you to feel it in your body. The most measurable and easiest to see will perhaps be sleep support or stomach aches. Why alcohol-free?
The choice to use alcohol-free preparations was a real personal decision and a significant challenge in terms of implementation. Alcohol is a preservative, as we well know, and it's no coincidence that 98% of what you find on the market is preserved with alcohol and alcohol-based. However, for me, I wanted a product that was alcohol-free for the whole family, to begin with. Yes, it is possible to combine several treatments at the same time. There are no contraindications to doing so.
However, I personally like to do treatments one by one to discover the effects of the flowers on the body and the sensations they produce.
But this is a very personal choice, and sometimes I also combine several treatments; there's no problem in combining as many treatments as you wish.

What to do with the empty vial?
Your empty vials are made of glass, so I encourage you to keep them and perhaps make small spray bottles for yourself with whatever you want, whether it's perfume or cosmetics.
