Clearance & Expired Products: What You Need to Know
Unlike the Use-by Date (DLC), an expired Best Before Date (DDM) (formerly DLUO) does not mean that the product becomes unfit for consumption.
It simply guarantees that, up to this date, the product retains all its organoleptic qualities: taste, texture, color, and aroma. This applies particularly to food supplements, canned goods, and frozen products, provided that the storage conditions have been respected (such as the cold chain for frozen products).
Our products generally have a Best Before Date (DDM) between 3 and 18 months, and when the label states "Best before end...", only a progressive alteration of taste qualities may be observed, with no danger to health.
Our commitment: Each product sheet clearly indicates if the date has passed, for complete transparency.
