1. Adopt a balanced diet
Healthy skin starts from within!
- Colorful fruits & vegetables: Rich in vitamins (A, C, E) and antioxidants, they protect and regenerate the skin.
- Omega-3s: Found in fatty fish, nuts, and avocado, they maintain skin elasticity.
- Quality proteins: Necessary for cell repair.
- Avoid excessive sugar and ultra-processed foods.
2. Stay sufficiently hydrated
- 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day 💦 (including unsweetened infusions and herbal teas).
- Good hydration prevents dull complexion and dry skin.
3. Boost your vitamins and minerals
- Vitamin C: Stimulates collagen production (peppers, kiwis, citrus fruits).
- Zinc: Essential for skin repair (nuts, seafood).
- Beta-carotene: For a radiant complexion (carrots, sweet potatoes, apricots).
4. Get enough sleep
- 7 to 9 hours per night 🌙: Sleep allows the skin to regenerate.
- Avoid screens before bed for better sleep quality.
5. Stay active
- Exercise improves blood circulation, which oxygenates skin cells.
- Engage in regular physical activity (30 min/day).
6. Manage your stress
- Chronic stress can cause skin inflammation and worsen problems like acne or eczema.
- Practice meditation, yoga, or relaxing activities.
❌ 7. Avoid bad habits
- Tobacco: Accelerates skin aging.
- Alcohol: Dehydrates the skin.
- Excessive sun exposure: Always apply appropriate sunscreen.
Beautiful skin starts from within! By following these daily tips, you will quickly see improvements. 😊 If needed, do not hesitate to consult a dietitian for personalized follow-up.
